This is a “crash” mini lifeguarding course (review) plus stroke refinement, 1 lesson, 45 minutes. You will learn to refine your strokes: front crawl/freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. We will also do a quick review on how to respond to water emergencies.

Time: 11:55-12:40 if 4 or more participants. 11:55-12:25 for 2 to 3 participants.

Directions: Park on the Street near the home. (Please don’t park in the circular driveway) From the garbage can area, located to the left of the house, walk around the house, step onto the patio, walk a bit more. Find the glass sliding doors on the right and enter the pool area. This is indoors, and is part of the house. No bathrooms available except a Port A John if its outdoor.
