This is a “crash” mini lifeguarding course (review) plus stroke refinement, 1 lesson, 40 minutes. You will learn to refine your strokes: front crawl/freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. We will also do a quick review on how to respond to water emergencies.
This is the First Class for stroke refinement, June 29, and second class for Crash Lifeguarding for Moms
