This is a “crash” mini lifeguarding course, done in 1 or 2 session, 40 minutes each. In the first class, you will learn how to prevent and respond to emergencies, several ways of rescuing a “victim” out of the water, and learn emergency jumps & dives. Please come ready to train in the water. Cover ups are recommended. In the second class, we will learn more skills not covered previously, plus we will learn proper strokes, stroke refinement, so you can swim more efficiently and enjoy this great full-body workout.

Date: July 1, 6:40-7:20 for the second class, also 50% off, $49. Find a separate class for July 1, 6:40-7:20. This will also include stroke refinement.

Look out for a mailbox with 770 on it. You wont see a house with the number since the house is set back.
Park on the street and walk up the driveway. If you take the chance to drive up the driveway, you may get closed in, and cause congestion.
